At XiteBio we pride ourselves on our in-house Innovation Research and Development (IRD). Our IRD Team is constantly working on the next big thing in inoculant and ag-biological technology. This work all takes place in our state-of-the art microbiology laboratory. The XiteBio lab is also the site of XiteBio’s rigorous QA/QC processes that ensure the highest quality standard is maintained in each and every one of our products. Today we would like to introduce our team members who work out of our IRD Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba and make all this possible.
